Article 1 (Application of Terms)

These Terms of Service govern the use of COSSP ("the Service"). By using the Service, users agree to all provisions of these Terms. These Terms apply to all features, including cosplay posts, communication functions, and video chats.

Article 2 (Eligibility)

• The Service is strictly limited to users aged 18 and above.
• Creating an account with false age information is prohibited.
• Age verification may be requested when necessary.
• If underage use is discovered, the account may be suspended or deleted immediately.

Article 3 (Account Management)

Users must manage account information responsibly and must not share, transfer, or lend their accounts to others.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

The following acts are prohibited:

• Using the Service for dating, meeting, or sexual relationship solicitation purposes
• Forcing exchange of private contact information or similar behavior
• Unauthorized use of others' cosplay photos, designs, or identity impersonation
• Copyright, portrait-rights, and other intellectual property violations
• Posting explicit sexual content, harassment, threats, violence, or illegal activity
• Unauthorized tools, fraudulent payment behavior, or unapproved commercial use

Article 5 (Posts & Video Chat Rules)

Users may upload or stream only content they own or are authorized to use. Recording or capturing other users without permission is strictly prohibited. COSSP respects creative expression, but excessive exposure and sexualized childlike portrayals are prohibited.

Article 6 (Children's Safety)

COSSP places the highest priority on preventing minors from being exposed to harm, especially in cosplay-related content and communication features.

• Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the Service.
• Content featuring minors or sexualized portrayals resembling minors is prohibited.
• Automated detection and moderation systems are used to review and remove risky content.
• Child exploitation-related material triggers immediate removal, reporting, and account termination.
• When required, COSSP cooperates with law-enforcement and child protection authorities.

Article 7 (Payments)

Payments are processed in accordance with Apple in-app purchase rules. Refunds are generally not available except where required by applicable law.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

COSSP is not responsible for user-to-user disputes. Features may be changed, suspended, or terminated at any time for operational, legal, or security reasons.

Article 9 (Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
